Arkham North Event Terms
Arkham North is a fan convention run by volunteer fans from the community. It is not produced, endorsed, or affiliated with Fantasy Flight Games.
While some game materials and scenarios will be provided, attendees are expected to bring their own cards to the event.
Though we strive to limit major changes to the event schedule, details are subject to change. Up-to-date information can be found on our website and will be sent out through our mailing list.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to ticketholders who violate our code of conduct, local laws, or venue policies.
Code of Conduct
Arkham North promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all. Attendees are expected to avoid any behaviour that may contribute to a negative or unsafe environment.
We believe gaming is for everyone, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, or disabilities. Discrimination, harassment, or other bullying behaviours will not be tolerated.
If you are borrowing cards or game materials, treat them with respect. Be careful if you have food or beverages nearby.
Be respectful to other players, regardless of their level of experience. Do not offer unsolicited advice (ie, engage in “alpha gaming”); rather, first ask someone if they would like advice. Likewise, respect the choices players make, even if it’s not how you would have personally played.
If you are taking a photograph, be mindful of others who may be in the background. Always ask permission before taking someone’s photo.

Note that some information will be stored with third parties (for example, our ticketing website) for the sole purpose of event administration and communication. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Data Retention Policy
Data will be kept until 3 years following the event date, and then it will be anonymized. Please contact us if you would like your data removed sooner.
GDPR Consent Statement
All data collected will be used to plan and manage the event for which you registered, communicate with you about this event, and notify you of future (related) events.
